The terms and conditions set forth in this agreement regulates the relationship between Hospitality Warehouse (Proprietary) Limited or
("Hospitality Warehouse" or "we" or "us" or "our") and visitors ("visitors") (cumulatively referred to as "you" or "your" hereinafter) to
the Hospitality Warehouse website ("website"). You warrant that you are a duly authorised representative of the registered user under
whose user name you have logged in and have authority to conclude transactions on its behalf.

- Entire agreement
This agreement, together with the Purchaser Online Agreement, contains the entire terms and conditions that apply to your use of the
website and no other agreement between you and Hospitality Warehouse shall be binding on us and no addition to, or variation of
these terms and conditions shall be of any force or effect unless reduced to writing and signed by a duly authorised representative
of Hospitality Warehouse.
